Yes. The exam is undertaken on the final day of the course. Upon passing the exam you will be certified.

Yes, if necessary, you can cancel registration two days before the start of the course. We will refund the course price after deducting an administration fee.

Yes. The exam fee is included in the course cost if the exam is taken within 30 days of course completion.

You can retake the assessment and each retake attempt costs $50. Second attempt on exam (first retake) can be done immediately after the first attempt. Third attempt requires a 10-day wait. Fourth attempt requires a 30-day wait.

Our coach might talk to you and evaluate your level of knowledge by asking some follow-up questions on your experience and the knowledge you already have. Based on the outcome of the conversation, we will either suggest doing a training or improving your knowledge and come back.
