SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) has long become the most popular framework on scaling in Agile. Being created in 2011, SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) is confidently leading in the world. At present, the number of various trainings on SAFe increase every year, which can raise a very logical question – which of the available trainings is the best for me?

Scaled Agile has given the answer to this question by providing a simple questionnaire which will consider your role, experience, and future career plans.

Now we will articulate our vision on different courses.

If you are just getting acquainted with SAFe, and scaling your product or company is not the task you are facing, as you are more into investigating a variety of frameworks, then we recommend a free introductory webinar – SAFe overview.

If you have already heard about SAFe and want to know more about it in a profound way by understanding the benefits of PI Planning, by knowing how to synchronize teams, by learning what I&A workshop and IP iteration are, then, undoubtedly, you need Leading SAFe.

If you have completed Leading SAFe and you need to implement SAFE in your company, then Implementing SAFe course is will be a really helpful for you. Skipping Leading SAFe and going straight to Implementing SAFe will be hard in our opinion though.

If you are planning to work on SAFe as a member of  one of the teams, we would recommend considering SAFe® for Teams. This course looks at the role of a team and helps to organize your work in details.

If you have a certain role in SAFe, then besides Leading SAFe we would recommend considering a course relevant to your role. Typically these will highlight not as much on the mechanics of the framework itself, its ceremonies and artifacts, as on the specific role and on the responsibilities of that role for a more successful functioning.
