Management and Agile Consultant

Alyona has been working in software development for over 15 years as delivery manager, scrum master, agile consultant. Her career path started as an employee at the Support Department and went on as Delivery Manager and Head of Office. Her experience includes working for outsourcing, outstaffing, and product IT companies.

Besides managing projects and people, she was developing education systems. Alyona holds training events and coaching on flexible methodologies of development, management, motivation and career growth. Among other achievements, Alyona founded the Kyiv branch of an outsourcing company. For the past 5 years, she has been keen on Agile transformation and consulting management, Scrum implementation, Kanban frameworks and adapting them to the business limitations of companies. She works with the companies on implementing Agile approach, works on creating a SAFe Ukraine community, hosts ITKaiZenClub meetings, is a spokesperson at the conferences dedicated to project management, business analysis, and product management.

She is a certified Scrum Master, LeSS Practitioner, Product Owner, Scram at Scale and since 2016 — SAFe® Program Consultant (SPC).
